SHIFT MANAGER – PIET RETIEF / ERMELO:

PURPOSE:
• To ensure effective utilization of man and machine in order to maximize plant output, reduce down time and meet budgeted quality standards
• This encompasses production, quality, health and safety, stock takes, plant inspections and management of employees on a shift basis.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Min of 5 years production experience in a continuous Production process
• Min of 3 years supervisory / management experience in a continuous Production environment
• 10 Years’ experience in Production Management will be advantageous
• Tertiary Production Qualification will be a distinct advantage
• Computer Literate in MS Office, SAP / Woodpro
• Minimum grade 12
SALARY PACKAGE:
• R30,000 – R35,000 + 20% Shift Allowance + 50% Medical Aid + Provident Fund + 25% KPI

Bus transport to and from work.

Shift Position = 12hour shifts 06h00 - 18h00 - 06h00 - 4 days on - 4 days off rotation basis.
