The above position is vacant at one of our Blue Chip Clients based in Sandton reporting to the Regional Manager. The overall purpose of this position is
ensuring the Clients needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.

We therefore require a confident, assertive and outspoken individual with good communication, management and organisational skill, flexiable and open minded. decisive, accountable and highly professional in conduct.

Key areas of responsibitlity: (Not totally inclusive)

* Maintaining good relations between Group and Client with regard to security services rendered
* Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the Client regarding the improvement of services
* Managing contract security officers
* Rostering of officers
* Excellent report writing skills
* Safeguarding
* Supervising/Patrolling
* Access Control
* Completing relevant registers
* Discipline staff

Qualifications, experience and other competencies required:

* Matric certificate with Grade A Psira registration and accrediatation
* A minimum of 5 years experience in a Supervisor Role
* Previous Shopping Centre experience a must
* Very analytical indidvual with excellent Problem Solving Skills and abilities to manage and discipline staff
* Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
* Strong Operational Planning, Leadership and Organisational Skills as well as good Interpersonal Communication and Client Liaison Skillas are
essential
* Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required
* Good operational knowledge, i.e. risk assessments, rosters, procedures, drills, etc.
* Valid code 10 PDP drivers license
