Key Performance Areas:

? Work closely with Client Shift Management and Agency Shift teams to achieve service delivery requirements
? Drive compliance by Suppliers to Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) standards and procedures e.g. PPE Compliance, First Parade Inspections on Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE)
? Ensure agencies comply with labour take on and exit processes, tracking of disciplinary actions etc
? Ensure Agency KPI’s are measured and managed e.g. shift fill rates, throughput, payroll queries, MHE etc
? Provide regular feedback to Agencies and Client regarding shift performance metrics/targets
? Compile and provide relevant reports as required on a daily basis for shift handover and to Management
? Ensure disciplinaries are managed and that TES implementation of discipline is aligned to company’s disciplinary guidelines
? Manage TES onsite per shift (attendance, no cases output, error rate, cases per hour productivity)
? Ensure shift plan received from client is given to TES shift manager
? Manage outputs and productivity of assignees through TES shift manager
? Ensure attendance is in line with what it should be


The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a relevant qualification
? 2 – 3 years’ experience in Logistics/ Manufacturing/ Distribution / TES or Facilities Management environment
? Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
? Must be computer literate
? Must have proven leadership abilities
? Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
? Must have good problem solving skills
? Proven managerial skills
? Conflict management
? Must be willing to work shifts
