SHIFT MANAGER
SALARY: R25000 pm CTC + 10% shift allowance
CENTRE: EAST LONDON, EASTERN CAPE

REQUIREMENTS:
? Minimum of 3 years professional experience working at similar positions in the chemical/ petrochemical industry
? Practical knowledge of production processes and its optimization;
? Practical experience with SCADA systems;
? Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing will be an advantage
? Technical knowledge enabling production problems solving;
? Creativity in implementation systems for improving quality and safety on site in general.
? Ability to motivate employees
? Ability to work in shift rotation system;
? Good communication skills;

Responsibilities:
? Organize and control the work of Operators according to the production plan;
? Lead and coordinate production process in line with safety and production standards;
? Report, analyze and react on deviations and achieve production results;
? Prepare daily production plan/procedures;
? Supervise all aspects of the installation.
? Cooperate with the maintenance team and lab personnel
? Control/manage all shift rotation requirements of operational staff
