Our client, a leader in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, requires 5 Shift Production Supervisors for their Stellenbosch operation. The successful incumbents will be overseeing the manufacturing process, within an integrated manufacturing plant.

Key duties and responsibilities:
Providing general technical and operational assistance during the day-to-day running of the semiconductor production line
Operating production line equipment, for example automated vacuum and chemical systems
Monitoring the production process and carrying out basic testing and quality tests
Assembling of goods on a production line, for example fitting electrical contacts, junction boxes and frames
Reporting equipment faults or deviations to technical and maintenance staff
Cleaning and maintaining work areas
Storing and packaging of products ready for shipment

Minimum requirements:
B.Tech Electrical Engineering
2 Years’ relevant experience in an Electrical engineering field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
Team worker
Ability to work shifts

Salary on offer: R 8000 to R 12 500 p/m
