RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced SHIFT SETTER for a large well-established concern – position based in Queensburgh.

REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 or N2 certificate is ESSENTIAL!
N3 or higher an added advantageous.
Own reliable transport.
3yrs+ previous work experience in production and/or manufacturing industry.
Exposure to blow moulding will be an added advantage.
Setting and/or mechanical experience is advantageous.
Assisting in achieving a production efficiency of 85% - 90%.
Assisting in ensuring that raw material wastage levels are maintained below 1.4% of material used.
Setting machines according to the best practices.
Conducting mould and material trails as required.
Reporting and assisting with machine and mould maintenance requirements.
Ensuring that machinery and moulds are effectively maintained, serviced and stored.
Ensuring top quality products are produced.
Practicing a high standard of housekeeping and safety.
Person must be able to work shifts / overtime.

Salary package offered: - R11 000-00 – R16 000-00 per month (CTC)
