Our Client, a role player in the mining industry is seeking the services of a Senior Shift Foreman with directional drilling and bulk sampling experience.

Requirements:

-Maximum 45 years of age

-Mining Industry - Min 5ys experience

-Bulk Sampling (Mention Drilling Size) - Min 1 year experience

-Directional Drilling (Mud motor attached to drill string) - Min 1 year experience

-Fluid Reverse Circulation (12 inches +)

-Previous experience in mining in Africa will be of advantage

-South African Citizens ONLY

-Medically Fit

-Fluently Afrikaans and English speaking

-Valid Drivers License and own vehicle


Duties will include:

-Supervising of shifts and drilling sites

-Logistics

-Training of Employees

-Work rotational shifts


Employer based at Gaborone, Botswana. Projects maybe elsewhere in Africa

Time Frame: As soon as possible

Probation Period: 3 Months

Type of position: Permanent

One paid weekend per month. Travelling costs from Gaborone to preferred destination will be for employees' own account

Work Permits to be arranged by Company

Cost to Company: R 50 000 per month
