SHIFT SUPERVISOR position available in NELSPRUIT.
Must have the following experience and qualifications to apply:
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
• Minimum 3-4 years continuous production process control experience
• Managing employee performance, discipline and conflict management
• Industrial equipment exposure: Basic to average process / mechanical acumen (Multi-disciplinary), Basic vehicle mechanical knowledge; Experience in identifying & containing environmental risk aspects; Risk assessment experience
• Minimum Grade 12 / N3 / NQF 4;
• Computer literacy (SAP, MS Office)
• Tertiary Production or Supervisory qualification – advantageous
• Special Requirements: Forklift license, First aider, Ability to work shifts
Salary Package Offered:
