Shipping Administrator – Export – Southern Peninsula, Cape Town

Well Established Company is looking for a Shipping Administrator with 2+ years’ experience in the same role.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric, with a Degree or relevant qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain would be an advantage
• 2+ years’ experience in same role
• Computer Literacy – Excel, MS Access,

Responsibilities:
• Liaison with distributors
• Ensure clients’ needs are met in terms of shipment details, timing, shipping and product documentation.
• Liaise with freight agents
• Keep track of production, label delivery date and stack movements
• Check and track shipping documentation
• Liaise between admin, factory and technical departments
• Complete factory instructions
• General administrative duties
• Filing of all shipping documentation
