Dynamic Logistics Company based in Sunninghill is keen to speak to an experienced Shipping Clerk with a minimum of 2 years experience in a shipping / logistics environment.


Your duties will include:

Liaise with inspection, logistics and shipping companies in order to obtain relevant shipment documentation (E-mails and telephone)
Coordination and collation of shipping documents
Follow ups on outstanding documents
Meeting bank’s documentation criteria
Liaising with bank
Documentation submission to bank
Physical checks on documentation (accuracy imperative)
Letter of credit (checks and negotiation of basic clauses)
Physical and electronic filing
Internal follow ups in order to meet document submission deadlines
General administration and errands, mostly utilising company vehicle. Own vehicle at rate/km


In order to qualify for this opportunity you will need:

Qualification in logistics / supply-chain qualification preferable
1 - 2 Years minimum experience in a similar environment
Own vehicle / Drivers License
Ability to work overtime when required
MS Office experience (Word, Excel & Outlook – critical)
Excellent written and verbal skills
