Requirements:

• Recognised shipping qualification
• Experience with computer programs used within the industry
• Leadership and management skills are essential
• Demonstrate previous experience of managing people, including performance assessments
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills are essential
• Analyse operational data to help improve efficiencies and to also predict operational problems
• Good communications skills
• Good negotiation skills

Applicants must reside in DURBAN or surrounding area.
