Is seeking a manager to be in full control of the general merchandise Shop, Liquor & Curio Stores

The candidate needs a relevant certificate/diploma

Formal training

Extensive experience in a management environment

Extensive experience in a financial environment

Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and outlook

Related experience of trade outlets and Shop management

Light motor vehicle license is essential

Daily management of Shop staff

Manage Shop income and expenses according to budget and profits

Do month-end procedures and stock take

Manage the Shop, Liquor Store and Curio’s GP’s and sales mix

Compile and manage Shop budget

Management of stock assets to ensure compliance with the organizational policies & procedures

Plan stock levels, pricing & ordering of stock

Liaise with clients and suppliers

Marketing for the Shop, Liquor Store and Curio Shop

Salary R 15 000 - R 17 000 including resort housing, Medical Aid & Pension Fund
