SHORT TERM INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE
SALARY – MIN R6600 – R8800 BASIC + UNCAPPED COMMISSION

Our client is currently seeking a Short Term Insurance Intermediary that will be responsible to market insurance products to new clients and maintain relationships with active clients.

Key responsibilities:

Maintaining and reviewing existing clients contracts, conducting annual reviews
Identifying potential up selling opportunities
Assisting active clients
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and insurance providers
Offering various insurance products to different risk profiles
Consulting and advising clients on their Short term insurance needs
Following the code conduct set out in the rules by FIAS and FICA
Adding new business onto the Book as per set target

Key Requirements:

Knowing and understanding the various products in domestic short-term insurance lines
Minimum requirements NQF level 4 Certificate
RE exams completed
Must be computer literate
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the short term insurance industry (Personal lines/Commercial)
