Short-term insurance Telesales Consultants

We are looking for vibrant, well-spoken and target driven individuals who are passionate about delivering superior customer service.

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate
• RE certificate
• 30 FAIS credits or a full qualification as legislatively required
• 1-2 years Telesales experience
• Minimum 6-12 month months’ Short-term insurance experience in a brokerage environment
• Call centre qualification and experience is an advantage
• Attention to detail
