Rneg dependent on experience + medical aid + provident fund. Large corporate in the Insurance industry seeks an Insurance Trainer to join their dynamic company.

Requirements:

Matric

NQF 5 short term insurance qualification (not negotiable)

Registered assessor and moderator with full INSETA scope

The successful incumbent will have training, assessing and moderation experience. Will have full scope and accreditation as an assessor and moderator with INSETA and current up to date knowledge of the FAIS Act and all other related Acts that impact the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

Training needs analysis and identification

Scheduling and management of FQ training schedule

Co-ordination and training the full qualification programme for all qualifying advisors

Program design and development, including materials updates

Meeting all verification requirements

Compliance with the internal quality management systems

Assessment and moderation of all formative and summative assessments as well as Portfolios of Evidence

Co-ordinating and liaising with external assessors and moderators

Proper record keeping for verification purposes

Training admin and records

Management of the programme learner evaluations, etc.

Successful applicants who are invited for an interview by out client will be expected to do a formal presentation to a selection panel on a relevant topic.
