Underwriting and Claims (2 positions)
• Excellent client interaction skills
• Capturing and Administration of Policies
• Negotiate Claims - Settlements, Rejections and Queries
• Good knowledge of Short Term Benefits and Policies

Requirements:
• Grade 12 essential
• Minimum 30 FAIS credits
• Passed RE exam
• 3 years minimum experience in the short term insurance industry
• Must be computer literate

Premium Collection
• Excellent client interaction skills
• Calling clients regarding outstanding premiums
• Management of bulk SMS, email and postage
• Strong negotiating and query handling skills

Requirements:
• Grade 12 essential
• Debtors experience
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Must be computer literate
