Call existing clients on database cross sell to offer short term insurance

Review policies at renewal stage
In-house Servicing and amendments
Load Tasks and ensure continuously updated
Capturing quote info & utilising the various quote platforms available
Presenting and following up on quotations issued
Capturing new bus on Xplan and new bus/pipe spread sheet
Sending thank you, disclosure and pol schedules
Prospecting -Tele sales calling for new business
Ensure Disclosure letters and FAIS requirements are complete
Account queries, arrear premiums, cancellations and double deductions,
retentions
Following up on requirements, processing claims
