One of the leading furniture and décor retailers in South Africa is looking for an experienced Showroom Administrator, Fourways. This role combines reception/ front desk responsibilities as well as handling queries and administration for client’s sales and orders. You will be involved with production of invoices and various reports working closely with the sales consultants to offer the customers a first class service. Responsible for cash floats and balancing daily cash ups and other showroom related activities.

Qualifications / Technical skills required:
• Must have Matric
• University Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Administration, Interior Design & Décor or similar qualification would be an added advantage.
• Excellent administration and keyboard skills
• Must demonstrate a passion for décor.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Retail Administrator role, preferably in the retail and / or hospitality industry.
• Excellent MS Office experience
• A great personality and can do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Be a self-starter and be accurate.

Salary: R8,000 – R10,000 CTC a month
Start date: ASAP
