Managing and overseeing the branch, supervising the branch operations and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Improving productivity and streamlining branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels.

Job Description:

Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service and administrative and sales.
Generating Client Quotes, Invoices, Re-cons
Service walk in clients
Keeping all lines of communication open between the client, installers and the warehouse.
Placing material orders for manufacturing and overseeing deliveries of samples and stock.
Measuring architect plans to scale in order to quote accordingly

Requirements:
Proven Sales and managing experience
Sufficient knowledge about Engineered timber flooring would be an advantage (Sufficient training will be provided)
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Excellent organizational skills
Customer focused
Able to work very closely with the owner and manage the day to day requirements such as follow-ups and administrative assistance when requested.
