My client a market leader in the flooring business seeks to employ a Showroom Sales Coordinator. Preference will be given to AA/African applicants, but all applicants meeting the below job requirments will be considered.

Matric
A Diploma / Degree in Sales / Marketing or Interior Design would be advantageous
At least two years’ work experience in a Retail environment
Ability to read drawings and/or plans
Code 08 Drivers License is essential
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to establish and maintain effective professional networks
Attention to detail
Must be able to work independently

Key Duties:
Maximise exposure for the Showroom within the Region
Support brand awareness strategy in the region
Establish new professional network base
Identify and monitor competitor activities in the area
Consult and advise Professionals and Customers on flooring requirements
Meet, Greet and Host Customer and Professionals at the Showroom
Advise on appropriate product selections
Research large projects in order to generate leads
Maintenance and Upkeep of the Showroom
Provide Sales Support to Sales Team, where required
Coordinates and Schedules events at the Showroom
