STRONG MUNICIPAL experience is essential and not negotiable
ENGLISH home language or strong skills - not negotiable
Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in specialist MUNICIPAL area of maintenance and/or inspection - not negotiable!
Good Health, Safety and Environmental knowledge and awareness
Good identification, reporting and communication skills
Strong attention to detail in reporting inspection findings.

Position available from 1 December 2014.
