A large Road Sign Manufacturing company based in the East Rand seeks a qualified and experienced silk screen print automatic machine operator, responsible for performing all of the duties involved in the screen printing process.
These duties include but are not limited to:
• designing screen print patterns
• preparing screen printing stencils
• mixing and loading ink
• cleaning machines
• troubleshooting technological problems
• maintaining screen printing equipment
• drying and folding screen printed items
Minimum requirements:
• A matric qualification
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience
• Employees must also be willing to handle and mix the chemicals used in screen printing ink
• Other important traits include self-motivation, problem solving skills, creativity, organizational skills and knowledge of the screen printing equipment
