Contracta Force a leading provider of Temporary staff requires a SITE ADMINISTRATOR to service a client of ours that specializes in the manufacturing of sleep products in Industria Johannesburg
The candidate would be required to do the following:
First point of contact for employees and the client
Recruit and select candidates according to the clients requirements
Managing the onboarding of new employees – documentation / induction
Organize and maintain employee files
Provide clerical and administrative support to the client and our head office
Monitoring employees time and attendance and if necessary take corrective action
Responsible for the timeous submission of hours and relevant payroll documentation.
Managing of IOD incidents, completing the relevant claim forms and submission of documentation to Head Office
Candidate must have the following
Matric
Intermediate Computer Skills in MS Office - Excel and Word
Valid Driver’s License
Strong administrative skills
High level of confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work part of a team
Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
