Site Administrator - Pretoria (Logistics/Supply Chain)
We are currently recruiting for a seasoned Site Administrator who will be tasked with providing Administrative support at the site of a leading international Logistics Company.
You will satisfy the following criteria:
• Matric – with English and Mathematics
• A Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or similar
• Good general computer literacy
• 3+ years previous experience gained in a similar role within an operational environment – Warehousing/ Logistics/ Supply Chain experience preferred
• Good Administration skills and experience
• Be prepared to work longer hours when required
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to utilise their own Initiative
• Ability to work within a fast paced, ever changing and deadline driven environment
• Have high energy levels
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
• Carrying out duties to agreed level of performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of administration processes.
• Dealing with the Labour Brokers on site
• Relieving the Switchboard operator when required
• Ordering of stationary, office supplies, protective clothing etc.
• Attending the town hall meetings
Location: Successful incumbent will primarily be based in Pretoria
