Oversee the day to day operations of site work
Identify any problems with onsite work activities and providing a solution
Make sure Health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
Ensure project is managed according to time and program
Ensure project stays within the budget
Monitor the progress on site
Make sure material gets ordered and delivered
Liaise with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors
Make sure work complies with building regulations
Give feedback and liaise with client on a regular basis
Chair meetings with contractors and clients

Requirements:
5 years with tertiary qualification or 10 year’s experience
Minimum 3 years Site Agent experience building bridges
Must have a Drivers Licence with own Car
Must be willing to travel around provide to sites
Computer literacy Skill (MS Office)
