Durban based construction company is urgently looking for a Site Agent (permanent position).

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA - PLEASE CHECK SUITABILITY AGAINST THESE FUNCTIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING CV!!
1 Bachelors Degree or Diploma in construction, or similar
2 7 + years overseeing large construction sites
3 Experience with Industrial, civil and building construction
4 Experience with bridge construction
5 Reservoir construction
6 Water treatment structures
7 Concrete work
8 Oversee the day to day operations of site work
9 Identify any problems with onsite work activities and providing a solution
10 Make sure Health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
11 Ensure project is managed according to time and program
12 Ensure project stays within the budget
13 Monitor the progress on site
14 Make sure material gets ordered and delivered
15 Liaise with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors
16 Make sure work complies with building regulations
17 Give feedback to and liaise with client on a regular basis
18 Chair meetings with contractors and clients.
