ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Matric (Grade 12)

EXPERIENCE:
• 2 years related experience specially within the construction and mining environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent administrative skills
• Ability to maintain and provide high level of accuracy in reporting and providing medical reports
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate in Microsoft office ( Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Driver's license and own car

JOB SUMMARY STATEMENT: Provide administrative support and perform administrative functions on employee medical examination, exit medical, Induction, and Badging.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
• Liaise with Site HR Department and client medical centre
• Ensuring the booking of medical examinations, medical renewals, medical exits, induction and badging
• Filling and providing Site HR department with day to day medical information of employees
• Booking of training required for employees
• Comply and correctly interprets client Security ( Permit office) rules and regulation when issuing Sasol permits
