A multi-dimensional building contracting company that operates in residential, retail, industrial and commercial construction sectors based in Brooklyn URGENTLY requires Site Foreman from the Construction Industry (This is a MUST) to start as soon as possible.
This is a permanent position, but you will be based on contracts, where you might work away for 3-6 months.
Salary: R10 000 – R15 000

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Grade 12
Must be technically orientated
5-10years + experience on residential, retail, industrial and commercial sites
Any related Construction certificates/diplomas
Previous experience within or construction industry as Site Manager on large projects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate operations
Oversee workers at construction sites
As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person for the completion of a project.
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
Produce schedules
Monitor attendance of crew
