A Marble & Granite company based in Kempton Park URGENTLY requires a Site Foreman, from the granite or kitchen industry and construction (This is a MUST) to start as soon as possible.
Salary: R15 000 Cost to Company
Must be able to cope under immense pressure
MUST come preferably from the aluminium, shopfitting or marble & granite industry

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Grade 12
Must be technically orientated
Minimum 3 years experience in running a full construction site as Site Foreman
Aluminium, Glass & Granite cladding experience will be extremely beneficial for this positon
Understanding of technical drawings/plans – must be able to read plans
MUST know and be able to mark and explain in detail what a datum and grid line is
AutoCAD, revit, sketchup, winner
Proven track record in managing big projects and resources
Previous experience within the aluminium, shopfitting or marble & granite industry as Site Foreman

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage installation projects from start to finish
Responsible in liaising with main contractors and coordinating correspondence and projects
Manage 20 teams on sites
Interpretation of plans and drawings
Measure on site
Process jobs in to factory
Budget and Costing – able to manage cost on projects
Quality checks and monitoring
Sign of on projects
Client management
Reports
