Our client is a NATIONAL and well established Property Development company. They are an AMAZING COMPANY that has many exciting developments currently in progress. They are extremely busy, as the company is growing tremendously. We are seeking a QUALIFIED and EXPERIENCED candidate , with a strong Residential Construction background

Job Requirements:
Managing all aspects of the site
Housekeeping/safety/contractors and foremen
Liaise with clients/professionals/council officials
Monitoring budget program and quality control
Based on site
Report to Contracts Manager
Must be a strong finishing person

Previous Site Management within Construction is essential
Matric is essential
A completed relevant Diploma and/or Degree is essential
Ideally no older than 35 -40 years of age
Must have a CLEAR ITC & CRIMINAL RECORD - ESSENTIAL
