Mineral Processing Plants
Our client in the Engineering industry is looking for Site Manager to Manage site at Mineral Processing plants. Responsible for managing Technicians. Production Targets, Maintenance. Stakeholders and Health and Safety.

Daily completion of detailed equipment check sheets
Daily assessment of operator check sheets completed every shift
Daily operational tracking
Daily knowledge sharing and guidance with end user's operational and maintenance crew
Expert maintenance assistance during maintenance
Attending end user's weekly maintenance planning meetings and timeously request additional Equipment Support Technicians if required. Informing both End user and Company
Weekly generation of detailed inspection and maintenance reports on the filter plant
Direct point of contact for both the Company and End user on issues involving the filter plant
Ensuring minimum stock levels at site
Also overseeing and managing shift workers
Meeting production targets
Housekeeping
Safety
Ensuring plant production standards/product conforms to end user requirements /standard ie moisture
Throughput being met without upsetting upstream operations
Good relationship with all stakeholders on a mine
Upholding the name of the company at all times

DELIVERABLES:-
Weekly detailed inspection and maintenance report (including maintenance plan)
Daily production figures and operational performance
Communication to both Company and End user on maintenance requirements (Human resources, spares and tools)
Monthly on-site spares stock count.
Experience as Site Manager or Production Supervisor or Foreman on Mine (Mineral processing)
