Vacancy: Site Manager
We have the following vacancy available.
The Applicant will report to the Head of Department and relevant senior mine officials.

The Duration and type: Contract
Employment will be linked to the contract of the relevant mine, when the contract comes to an end so will the agreement.

Experience:
Matric / Grade 12 (Required)
Relevant mining / industrial industry trade certificate (Advantageous)
Hira (Required)
First aid certificate (Advantageous)
Driver’s License (Required)
South African Citizen (Required)
Minimum 5 – 8 Years’ Experience in a mining environment (Plant Hire, Logistics, Mineral Processing, HSE) (Required)
Minimum 2 Years management level experience (Required)
Mechanical Background / Experience (Advantageous)
Administration duties experience (Required)
Ability to pass a medical fitness certificate (Required)
Ability to plan, co-ordinate and effectively communicate to staff, customers and new prospective clients (Required)
Proficient computer literacy (Required)
Ability to work under pressure (Stress Management) (Required)
Ability to work after Hrs. (Required)
Ability to work in another area if required (Required)
Experience in Costing, Buying, Debtors, Creditors (Required)
Experience in supervision of staff 5 – 8 Years (Required)

The ideal candidate should reside in Vryheid / Empangeni / Richards Bay / Ulundi areas. Or willing to relocate.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 06h30 to 18h00

Alternate Weekends depending on production issues
