SITE/SALES CONSULTANT– LONEHILL (CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY)
A reputable company in the Construction Industry is looking for a mature male with extensive experience in the construction/building/marketing field. This is a dual function position with the main focus on marketing. Must NOT be a job-hopper!
Salary: R15 000, includes company cellphone and company vehicle to use only for Business

The ideal person will do cold calling, make appointments to meet new clients and to retain key accounts/ Facility Managers etc. He will also attend Site Meetings and do quality checks and see if the workmanship is right. The focus is to grow the Region and to develop new business. This person will also manage their own Portfolio and should be admin orientated as well.

Requirements:
Matric certificate/Marketing certificate will be advantageous
Knowledge of construction Industry – Must have worked on sites as well as a carpenter or plumber or electrician
Valid driver’s license
Marketing background essential
High energy levels
Well presentable

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Portfolio Administration
Log job card on Fusion as & when required
Coordinate with Site Manager & Supervisor
Issue job card to Site Manager & Supervisor
Liaise with client regarding progress & status of job/ project
Obtain completed job cards & invoice(s) for materials from plumbing / maintenance team
Forward completed job cards with invoices for materials to Head Office for invoicing
Send estimates to clients & follow up on status
Ad hoc administrative tasks
Oversee office & Administrator

Marketing
Cold calling - Make appointments to meet with new clients
Look after existing key accounts/ Facility Managers/ etc
Grow the business & explore new markets

Site Visits
Go to sites and check if everything on sites is right, e.g. safety requirements, quality control, workmanship
Manage Site Supervisor & Team Leader
