KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Supervise the execution of the on-site deployment activities in liaison with the Roll out Manager for projects, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations, timeline and required quality
Contribute to the development of the implementation plans with the Roll Out Manager (ROM)
Manage and coordinate the site OSP / ISP Construction activities according to project plan and deployment processes
Manage construction works includes but not limited to trenching, Ducts hauling, DITs, backfilling, reintstatment, MHs/HHs installation. Fiber floating, splicing and testing. ODFs and splitters installation and testing.
Coordinate and facilitate site design, construction and Telecom Implementation with relevant stakeholders (Counci, Subcontractor, HSE, interoperability tests, etc.)
Manage and coordinate materials delivery to site and perfom stock inspection to ensure no materials shortages.
Manage defects and claims in own area of responsibility escalating when needed technical issues
Coordinate and/or conducts site/safety visits and quality audits as defined in project plan
Ensure that site construction and equipment installation results are according to the detailed site construction design, installation specifications and that they follow company quality standards and all local applicable regulations
Collect, verify and approve site documentation (site design, as-build, etc.) and ensures its timely and quality delivery
Approve site readiness prior to the Site Acceptance by the customer
Ensure that deployment management relies on fact-based and verified schedules and forecasts
Collect actual services delivery performance information and determine the causes to any perceived deviation
Collect information to provide latest estimates to completion
Follow up and reports the work progress related to time schedule and quality to Roll out Manager and escalates the deviations
Monitor and control services delivery against quality processes and operational KPIs
Follow up service supplier performance and report to Roll out Manager
