Our client requires the services of a Site Supervisor to ensure that all construction and installations are executed within the required company standards.


Key performance areas:

? Conduct daily site supervision, resourcing and work allocation
? Train teams to work according to prescribed installation procedures
? Must be able to motivate construction teams by creating positive energy
? Scheduling of different phases of a project based on established deadlines
? Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction project
? Ensure that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints
? Conduct accurate project planning and progress reporting
? Manage the flow of information in an accurate and timeous manner
? Handle communication related to contract with the relevant parties
? Monitor worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes
? Ensure management of project is in accordance with the Construction and Project Management Tools
The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a relevant qualification
? Experience in management role within the construction/manufacturing/ agricultural industry will be advantageous
? Practical hands on approach
? Willing to work remotely
? Must have a valid driver’s license and passport
? Must be willing to travel extensively, sometimes in other African countries
? Must be willing to work flexible hours
? Excellent people skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Excellent computer literacy
? Must be able to work independently
? Energetic
? Must have excellent leadership skills and be able to manage a project
? Adaptable Self-motivating individual willing to become part of a unique culture
? Must have organizational and problem solving skills
? Must have good attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
? Good Admin Management skills
? Excellent knowledge of Construction and Project Management Tools
