Human Resource Management / Training & Development Diploma/Degree. Skills Development Facilitator Certificate. Certificate in Training Material Development and Assessment. Train the Trainer / Facilitation Skills Certificate. 4 - 5 years HRD experience in a manufacturing environment. Excellent working knowledge of applicable training and development legislation, including the Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act and BBBEE practices. Extensive experience in the full administration/coordination of training and development systems in a manufacturing environment. Extensive experience in the administration of learnerships, apprenticeships and skills programmes. Extensive knowledge of compiling training manuals coupled with excellent facilitation skills. Advanced knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Initiative, good problem solving skills, excellent time management skills and above average communication skills.
