Skills Development Specialist

Compuscan Academy, a Stellenbosch-based private training provider in the banking and micro-finance sector, has a position available for a Skills Development Specialist.

Key Requirements:
• 2 – 3 Years’ experience in design and development, facilitation and learner assessment
• Instruction / E-learning related experience
• ODETD NQF 5 Certificate
• Qualified Assessor Advantageous

• Ability to conduct a training needs analysis

Key Performance Areas:
• Conduct training needs analysis and research
• Design and develop OBE and e-learning training programmes
• Develop all forms of Learning Programs in line with OBE principles and SAQA guideline
• Deliver learning interventions to internal and external clients and to assess learner achievements
