Our client is a well-established company in property fund group based in N1 City is looking for a professional Skills Trainer in their Retail Sector servicing the Quick Service Restaurant Industry to join their team.
The position is to provide support to the restaurant operations by ensuring that all team members are trained and competent in ALL Star and relevant training programs and work in accordance with various franchises policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate would need to have experience in a similar role of assessing, training, and certification of relevant role players within the QSR groups.

Competency & Education Requirements
Grade 12
Strong command of the English Language both written and verbal
Advantageous Assessor, Moderator or SDF accredited
Ability to coach and Support

Skills & Work Experience
2 -5 years' experience as a Skills Trainer within the QSR groups covering BOH, FOH, GES, ROCC, and HWWT GES
Advantageous knowledge and experience of KFC and KFC processes
Sound knowledge of Health and Safety Procedures
Sound knowledge of Food and Hygiene
HIV Training
Product Preparation
Equipment Maintenance
New product roll out; and any relevant restaurant training programs
Conducting Orientation
