Well known Skincare brand is seeking Skin Coaches Cape Town that are driven, organised, dynamic and self-sufficient to join their team in Cavendish. The Skin Coaches will be required to drive Sales and Business Objectives and to be a Brand Ambassador! Requirements:
- Must have matric
- Must have a Health & Skincare Qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ skincare experience
- Retail sales experience
- Track record of excellence (academic, sport, career, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Great communication skills, must be fluent in English
- An ability to work independently and part as a team
- Confident and reliable

Duties and responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- To reach monthly sales and treatment targets.
- To actively promote the brand and product.
- To maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the skincare industry.
- Highest level of personal hygiene and working environment and follow detailed procedures.
- To ensure active involvement in the planning, management and execution of consumer events and promotions and to report on results monthly.
- Company Culture – embraces the ethos of the company, is considered a team player and treats fellow colleagues with respect.
- To represent the brand at all times as a brand ambassador who demonstrates and manifests the brand values through integrity, accountability, creativity and results oriented approach to business.
- Maintain operational expenses.
- Manage inventory

Salary: R11 500 CTC a month + a commission structure
