Job Description:

Work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve the organizational growth goals and objectives which are tied to the strategic plan.
Acquires new customers from an agreed upon geography and/or set of targeted companies
As needed, represent the client as an exhibitor at various conferences/events
Enhance organization reputation by exploring new, value-added business opportunities with potential certificants and other HR professionals in the industry
Manage special projects of complex nature that require research, proposal development and implementation and are consistent with the Institute’s strategic direction.
Collaborate with HR to continually develop and improve staff capabilities and capacity to ensure business objectives are exceeded while maintaining a highly engaged staff that is challenged and aligned with the companies vision, mission and values.
Perform other duties as assigned consistent with the goals of the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, required, a Masters, highly desirable
3+ years of professional business development or revenue generation experience, required
Project Management or extensive HR experience, highly desirable
TRAVEL: up to 50%
Strong business acumen, diplomatic
Demonstrated problem solving skills, effective negotiation skills
Strong Project Management skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal skills, exhibits a positive attitude and a professional demeanor
