Description of Snr Estimator Position

The successful incumbent will be responsible for reviewing bid specifications, and will be required to estimate material, labour and overhead costs, in order to establish costs of products required for the execution of the contract.
Civils (Concrete and Earthworks) & Building Disciplines.

Skills/Experience/Education

? Minimum 5 years site experience plus five years work experience (estimating) within the Construction Industry.
? B Eng/ BSc Civil Engineering / National Diploma Civil Engineering.
? Advanced Excel.
? 5 years experience with CANDY.
? Excellent communication skills.
