Candidate Requirements:
Based in Angola
Portuguese speaking
5 - 10 Yrs in-depth exp and understanding of Human Resources Management at Management level
Previous exp working with/in the African countries as well as expatriate management a definite advantage
Relevant 4 year degree (BComm HRM, BSoc Sc Industrial Psycology, BTech HRM, BA Psychology)
Business acumen, interpersonal skills and relationship building are important in this role
MS Office suite and SAP
Willingness and flexibility to travel

Position Outputs:
Drive and support Key Human Resources initiatives through the territory Human Resources team (e.g. attraction, talent management and development, retention, transformation and diversity through localisation and succession plans, policy and procedure alignment, corporate governance, ensure efficient Human Resources administration and payroll implementation at territory level)
Guide, advise and provide counsel to territory Human Resources and line management teams as required
Expatriate management (attraction, career development and retention and/or repatriation)
Effective project management of all Human Resources projects in the territories
