A suitably qualified and experienced HR Manager from Industry (manufacturing) is required for this position, strong business acumen and very strong IR skills. At least 5-8 years in an HR Management role must be proven. You will be based in JHB but take care of the Middelburg facility as well, so some travel included. An excellent communicator who does not have a problem with large amounts of paperwork and who has excellent English and Afrikaans communication skills is essential.
