Our client is looking for a Senior Engineer who will be leading a team of Junior Engineers and Technologists, which provides support to the operational departments. This includes managing projects to design, implement, stabilize and continuously improve the logistical processes and systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
B.Eng / B.Sc in Industrial Engineering
EXPERIENCE
Up to 5 years’ experience in Warehouse logistics ( No Logistics Degrees will be considered). Project Management. Previous leadership experience. Prior Automotive experience will be an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Project Management, Process and System design and implementation. Continuously improvement of processes and systems. Team Management. Workload management. Process and System failure root-cause analysis. Develop and maintain a trustworthy relationship with Company Operations.
