Minimum Requirements

• BSc: Industrial Engineering
• 7 years Industrial Engineering experience
• 2 years in a senior role
• Leadership skills
• Financial accument
• People management and development skills
• Excellent CAD abilities

Job Specification

• We need help in obtaining and processing accurate production statistics, and using this data to maximise production and generate & implementing cost saving inititatives
• We will expect you to lead your team by example in a motivating and uplifting manner, identify potential successors for key positions and mentor these candidates in accordance with the company's values.
• Become the go-to Engineer that we can expect to come up with big ideas, sell it effectively to senior management and take Production to the next level
• Work closely with related departments to identify areas of improvement to enhance productivity, Materials Handling and Engineering design as required.
