Minimum Requirements
Strong.Net and Java development skills, including use and implementation of development tools.
Tertiary or equivalent qualification
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Duties & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive thinker able to work in a fast paced Agile environment and be a regular contributor of ideas and solutions.
Must be passionate about technology and maintain leading-edge insights into development trends. Work will be primarily development with level 3 support.
The successful individual will be a part of a self-organizing development team who uses exclusively Agile methodologies to design and develop banking and online solutions.
Must be able to mentor less experienced developers.
If not already, the individual is expected to become a thought leader with regards to leading edge development and DevOps trends.
Contributor to the technology community and passionate about sharing ideas
Embracing Test Driven Development and Behaviour Driven Development methodologies.
