Job Description:

Executing concept and detail design, cost estimation, report writing, compilation of tender and contract documentation, construction monitoring and financial control.
Liaising with Clients and contractors at various levels
Managing complex multidisciplinary project without supervision
Preparation of tender documentation and general project management administration

Qualifications:

A good working knowledge of typical construction forms of contracts, JBCC, NEC 3 and FIDIC
10 to 15 years relevant post-graduate experience in all aspects of the design, specification and project managing of mechanical building services (e.g. HVAC, Wet services, LP Gas and Medical Gas) in a Consulting engineering environment
Rational design experience and knowledge of BS, NFPA and EN standards will be an added advantage
BSc Eng / BTech Mechanical Engineering Degree
Registered professionally for a minimum of 6 years
