Snr Payroll or HR Administrator - Durban
Im looking for good experience VIP Payroll Administrator & Payroll / HR Administrators for my client for temp / maternity contracts. You need to have at least 3-6 years VIP Payroll exp.
Full Payroll (VIP Payroll)
Loading new employees
Updating employee files
Experience with - Garnishees, petrol, car allowance, loans, medical aids, provident funds.
Capturing of expenses, bonus, incentives, salary increases, commissions, overtime.
Capturing of Maternity leave, Sales BCEA leave, unpaid leave.
Printing of all reports
ODBC exp (would be an advantage)
Basic HR Admin
3rd Party Payment
Submitting monthly reports
Reconciliation of all payroll data, and ensure that the correct payments are made
