• QUALIFICATION IN QUALITY (TQM) – DIPLOMA OR DEGREE
• MUST HAVE SNR QUALITY INSPECTOR EXP IN STEEL INDUSTRY
• ABLE TO WORK IRREGULAR HOURS AND SHIFTS
• . The ideal candidates will for our purposes have as their main mission to conduct Quality Inspection within a production environment.
• Conduct daily quality inspections.
• Record results of inspections accurately and submit the completed records to the relevant parties.
• Reporting of nonconformities to the Quality Manager
• . Valuate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective and or preventive action
• . Approve finished products assuring that the product conforms to technical specifications and drawings.
• Assist the direct area Industrial Engineer with improvement projects and the implementation thereof.
• Assist with general administration duties as required from time to time.
• Understand and implement the quality strategy for the Company
• . Assume responsibility of the Quality function within the Company.
• Continuous inspection of quality and ensuring that all products are dispatched on standard.
• Identify areas for quality improvement and implement initiatives to improve the standard and quality.
• Administrate quality documentation
• . Assist production lines with unforeseen quality challenges, provide guidance and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a high Quality standard on the manufacturing floor
