This large multi-disciplinary Construction company working throughout South Africa,Africa and the Middle east is looking for suitably qualified Snr Quantity Surveyors/Quantity Surveyors - Building to join their Cape Town branch.

Experienced Quantity Surveyor with 8- 12 years post qualification experience on major Industrial/Commercial building and residential construction sites;
Manage all QS functions of large building projects.

Minimum Requirements:

BSc / BTech Quantity Surveying
High degree of computer literacy.(CCS and MS Office)
8-12 years hands on QS experience with a large CIDB 9 Building contractor.
Excellent skills in negotiations; claims, tenders, cost analysis, cost controls, schedules, allowables, variations, certificates and final accounts.

Ability to work accurately be Self motivated and able to work independently
Problem solving abilities
Good interpersonal skills
